Ceramics Refunds
In the event that the item you have ordered arrives damaged or faulty, we will refund the item, due to the individual nature of ceramics. You will need to provide notice and proof within 5 days of the items arrival.

If you have a change of heart, please contact us to discuss. We are happy to try to arrange swaps, shipping will be at the cost and risk of the purchaser.
Workshop Refunds
This applies to all workshops 'sold by the ticket'
Workshop tickets are nonrefundable, though if it is more that 2weeks until the date for the workshop you have booked in, please touch base so that we can advertise to try and fill your spot. You are welcome to transfer or gift your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend for any reason - please try to advise us if this is the case ​
If the workshop must be cancelled, you will be offered a new date.

The following applies to all private workshops and travelling pottery parties;
​Once the deposit is paid, the date you have selected is secured for you. In the event that you do not proceed with the booking for this date, the deposit in non-refundable. ​
For any change in venue or numbers, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that once the deposit is received the number of guests booked can only be increased subject to availability, but not reduced.
Voucher Refunds
Voucher sales are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can only be used for the item they were purchased for, though if you are in a tight spot, for example can no longer attend the workshop you have booked a voucher for, please touch base with samara at samara@thepiedpotter.co.nz to discuss options.

Shipping Policy
Shipping within the North Island is a flat rate of $12, or $17 for rural
South Island $20
We will endeavor to ship your item within 3 business days of receiving your order and shipping time is 1-3 business days as a general rule, no guarantees.

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
